Refund and Cancellation Policy


1. Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund in any of the following cases:

1.1 SwipeStudio was unable to submit your lens to Snapchat before your desired start time.

1.2 Snapchat rejected your lens and there wasn't sufficient time left for a re-submission.

1.3 Snapchat did not review your lens before its scheduled start time.

Refund requests for reasons other than those mentioned in points 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 above will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis. SwipeStudio does not guarantee a full or partial refund for cases other than those mentioned in points 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 above.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before you receive an email from us letting you know that your lens is live. Note that 50% of your order amount will be deducted as cancellation charges in case you wish to cancel your lens. No cancellations will be permitted after your lens goes live.
