Refund and Cancellation Policy


1. Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund in any of the following cases:

1.1 SwipeStudio was unable to setup your filter on Snapchat or Instagram.

1.2 The filter turned out to be pixelated. In this case, please send us a screenshot of the filter that was pixelated.

Refund requests for reasons other than those mentioned in points 1.1 and 1.2 above will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis. SwipeStudio does not guarantee a full or partial refund for cases other than those mentioned in points 1.1 and 1.2 above.

2. Cancellations

2.1 In the event that you decide to cancel your order before your filter is approved, we will offer you a full store credit which can be utilized at any point in the future towards the purchase of a filter.

2.2 Once your filter is approved by Snapchat or Instagram, any request for cancellation will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. However, we can disable your filter from public viewing, if you so choose.
