Refund and Cancellation Policy


1. Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

1.1 SwipeStudio was unable to submit your Geofilter to Snapchat.

1.2 Snapchat rejected your Geofilter and there wasn't sufficient time left for a re-submission.

Refund requests for reasons other than those mentioned in points 1.1 and 1.2 above will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis. SwipeStudio does not guarantee a full or partial refund for cases other than those mentioned in points 1.1 and 1.2 above.

2. Cancellations

2.1 Cancelling your filter before it has gone live on Snapchat

You can cancel your Geofilter at any time before the start time of your filter. On cancelling your Geofilter the entire amount paid by you will be credited to your SwipeStudio account balance automatically. You can utilize this credit anytime you make a future transaction on SwipeStudio. To know your account balance, please login using the email ID you used to make the purchase that was cancelled.

2.2 Cancelling your Geofilter while it is live on Snapchat

You can cancel your Geofilter after it has gone live on Snapchat. However, SwipeStudio will not provide a full or partial refund of your order amount for cancellation requests that are completed while the Geofilter is live.

2.3 Cancelling your Geofilter Subscription

You can cancel your Geofilter anytime during your subscription. Your plan will not be renewed from the following billing cycle and you will not be charged again in the future. However, the money paid for your current billing cycle will not be refunded. While canceling the filter you can select if you want your filter to be taken offline immediately or taken offline at the end of the current billing cycle.
