GENERAL

How do I find my lens on Snapchat?

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you an email with the link to your Snapchat lens along with a Snapcode. In order to activate the lens, please click on the link using your mobile device that has the Snapchat App installed in it. Alternatively, you can open the Snapchat App and long press the screen while focusing your camera over the Snapcode. Once you do this, you will see a pop up asking if you’d like to activate the lens for a period of 24 hours. Click on activate and you’re good to go! In case you did not receive the email or you are unable to activate the lens, please write to us at hello@swipestudio.co

For how long will my lens be available?

Your lens will be available for a period of 24 hours every time you activate it by scanning the snapcode. Your lens will expire after 1 week. You can unlock your lens as many times as you'd like during this 1 week period.

Who will be able to view and use my lens?

Only those you have shared the lens with will be able to view and use your Snapchat lens.

How do I share my lens with my friends?

You can share your lens with your friends by sending them the link to your lens or the Snapcode that we send you. Alternative you can click on the small “i” button over your activated lens on Snapchat and then click on the “send to friends” button.

What countries are Lenses available in?

Snapchat Lenses are currently available in all the countries where Snapchat is available.


PURCHASING YOUR LENS

Can I check out how my lens will look before I make a purchase?

Sure you can. Select the lens you would like to preview and then click on the preview button. You will then be able to see a Snapcode which you can scan using your Snapchat App to preview the lens. In order to scan the Snapcode, open the Snapchat App and long press the screen while focusing your camera over the Snapcode. Once you do this, you will see a pop up asking if you’d like to activate the lens for a period of 24 hours. Click on activate and you’re good to go!

How do track the status of my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive status updates via the following emails:

  • Order Confirmation - You will get an email confirming that we have received your order and will also contain details of your order. You will receive this email as soon as you place your order.
  • Lens Snapcode - You will receive an email containing a link to your lens and instructions on how to unlock it, as soon as your lens is live on Snapchat.
  • Can I modify my order after it has been confirmed?

    No. You will not be able to modify your order after you have placed it with us. Please make sure that you verify all the details before you place your order.

    I do not like any of the available designs what do I do?

    You can make a suggestion for a new design by filling up this form. We are constantly creating and adding new designs to our platform and we’ll be more than happy to consider your suggestions while doing so. We'll send you an email as soon as we add a design that matches your suggestion.


    REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

    If my lens does not get approved will I receive a refund?

    In case your lens is rejected or does not go live for whatsoever reason you will receive a full refund. However, to make sure that your lens is accepted, please refrain from adding any text that is profane, sexual or inappropriate in any way.

    Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order any time before you receive an email from us letting you know that your lens is live. Note that 50% of your order amount will be deducted as cancellation charges in case you wish to cancel your lens. No cancellations will be permitted after your lens goes live
